Turgeon Raine is hands down the best place in Seattle to buy a Patek Philippe. Their collection is absolutely unreal — I counted over thirty pieces on my last visit, including a Nautilus 5711 and several Calatravas. The staff knows every reference number by heart.

I flew in from Portland specifically to visit Turgeon Raine for my husband's 50th birthday gift. They walked me through the entire Patek collection with zero pressure. Ended up with a white gold Calatrava 5227 and he was completely blown away. Worth every penny of the trip.

Great selection of Rolex and Patek in the heart of downtown Seattle. My sales associate was knowledgeable about the Submariner lineup and helped me compare the 124060 no-date against the 126610LN. Only minor gripe is the wait time for popular references can be pretty long.

Purchased my Cartier Santos medium from Turgeon Raine last month and the entire experience was first-class. They sized it perfectly and followed up a week later to make sure everything was comfortable. This is how luxury retail should feel.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon hoping to see the Patek Aquanaut collection. Was told I needed an appointment even though the store wasn't busy. Left feeling pretty dismissed. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but first impressions matter.

Been a customer for over ten years now. Turgeon Raine has sourced three Pateks for me including a 5960 annual calendar chronograph that I couldn't find anywhere else on the West Coast. Their relationship with the Patek boutique in Geneva really shows.

The Jaeger-LeCoultre selection here is surprisingly strong for a Patek-focused dealer. I tried on the Reverso Classic Large and the Master Ultra Thin Moon — both stunning. My associate even showed me the history of the Reverso which made the purchase feel special.

Solid experience buying a Rolex Datejust 36 here. The team was professional and the pricing was transparent. Took about four months to get the call for the specific dial color I wanted, but they kept me updated throughout the process.

My husband and I have been collecting for years and Turgeon Raine is our go-to in Seattle. Their Patek collection really is one of the largest in North America — last time I visited they had the Annual Calendar 5205R and the World Time 5230G side by side. Incredible.

The watches are beautiful and authentic, no question. But the communication after my purchase was lacking. I bought a Cartier Tank Francaise and it took two weeks and multiple calls to get the warranty paperwork sorted out. The in-store experience was great though.

Turgeon Raine sourced a Patek Nautilus 5712A for me that I'd been hunting for over a year. Their connections are legit. The entire transaction was smooth and they even arranged a private viewing before I committed. Seattle is lucky to have this store.

Bought my first Patek here — a Twenty~4 4910 automatic in rose gold. The sales team was incredibly patient with me, explaining the movement and the heritage of the brand. Never once felt rushed or judged for being a first-time buyer. Truly wonderful experience.

Excellent store with a genuinely impressive Patek display. I spent over an hour comparing the Aquanaut 5167A against the Travel Time 5164R. Staff was attentive without being overbearing. Only reason for four stars is parking downtown Seattle is a nightmare.

My family has been buying from Turgeon Raine since the 90s. They remember my name, my preferences, and always reach out when they get something they know I'll love. Last year they called me about a Patek Perpetual Calendar 5327G and it's now the crown jewel of my collection.

Disappointing trade-in offer on my Rolex GMT-Master II. They lowballed me by at least 15% compared to two other dealers I checked. The salesperson was courteous enough but the valuation felt opportunistic. I ended up selling privately instead.

I drove up from Tacoma to see the Cartier collection at Turgeon Raine and it did not disappoint. They had the Ballon Bleu in three sizes, the Santos de Cartier with the quick-switch bracelet, and even a Panthere. My associate helped me pick the perfect Santos for my wrist size.

The attention to detail here is phenomenal. I picked up a Patek Calatrava 5196 and they presented it in a dedicated private room with espresso. Really sets the tone for what should be a special purchase. Been telling all my watch friends about this place.

Lovely boutique with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Purchased a Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous for my anniversary. The selection could have been a bit larger for ladies' pieces, but what they had was curated well. Service was attentive and genuine.

As a serious collector, I appreciate that Turgeon Raine doesn't just push whatever is in stock. My SA actually recommended I wait for a specific Patek reference rather than settling for something close. That kind of integrity is rare in this industry.

Beautiful store and great watches but the follow-up service after my purchase has been slow. Bought a Rolex Explorer here six months ago and I'm still waiting for them to process my Patek waitlist request that was supposed to be submitted at the same time.

Turgeon Raine made buying my first luxury watch an unforgettable experience. I went in for a Cartier but fell in love with a Patek Aquanaut Luce. The team never once pressured me to spend more — they just wanted me to find the right piece. Can't recommend them enough.

Flew down from Vancouver BC to check out their Patek selection and it was worth the trip. They had the Grand Complications 5270P on display — I'd only ever seen one in photos before. The staff even gave me a behind-the-scenes look at their service department.

Hubby surprised me with a Cartier Panthere medium from Turgeon Raine for our anniversary. The boutique is elegant and the presentation was lovely. I docked one star because the bracelet needed resizing and it took longer than expected to get it back.

I've done business with luxury watch dealers in New York, LA, and Miami, and Turgeon Raine in Seattle stands shoulder to shoulder with all of them. Their Patek partnership of over 25 years really shows in the depth of their inventory and knowledge.

Had a terrible experience trying to get my Rolex serviced here. They quoted me three weeks and it took over two months. No proactive communication — I had to call them every time for an update. For a store of this caliber, the after-sales service is unacceptable.

The Patek collection at Turgeon Raine is mind-blowing. I tried on the Nautilus 7118 Travel Time Chronograph and the World Time 5231 with the cloisonne enamel dial. Both were absolutely stunning. The sales associate knew every technical detail about each caliber.

Bought a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control Date here last year and the whole process was smooth. The team followed up after a month to check on the watch and offered a complimentary polish. That's the kind of service that builds loyalty.

Very professional and welcoming. I brought my mother in to look at Patek Twenty~4 models and they treated her like royalty. We ended up getting the 4910 in white gold with the diamond bezel. The only downside is their online inventory isn't always current.

After being ghosted by two other authorized dealers, Turgeon Raine was a breath of fresh air. They were upfront about wait times for a Rolex Daytona and actually delivered within the estimated window. Honesty goes a long way in this hobby.

T
Timothy J.

The in-store experience is excellent but their online presence is lacking. I called ahead to confirm they had a specific Patek reference in stock and when I arrived it had been sold the day before. Wish they had a real-time inventory system.

R
Rachel P.

Purchased my grail watch here — a Patek 5396G annual calendar with the blue dial. Turgeon Raine made the entire process feel like a special occasion. They even arranged a champagne toast when I picked it up. These guys understand the romance of watchmaking.

I'm fairly new to watches and was intimidated walking into a Patek authorized dealer, but the team at Turgeon Raine immediately put me at ease. They explained the difference between the Calatrava and Aquanaut collections in a way that was educational, not condescending.

K
Kimberly A.

Solid dealer with an impressive Rolex display. Picked up a Submariner Date 126610LN here and the transaction was straightforward. Pricing is MSRP which is fair. Wish they had more vintage or pre-owned options but I understand their focus is new pieces.

Made the trip from Bellevue specifically to see a Patek Aquanaut I saw listed on their website. When I got there, they said it was a display model only and not for sale. Felt like a bait and switch. Staff was polite but the situation was frustrating.

Turgeon Raine has the kind of personal touch that's disappearing from retail. My father bought his Patek here in 1998 and when I came in to start my own collection, they remembered him by name. That kind of multigenerational relationship says everything.

V
Victor H.

Had an amazing time browsing the Cartier selection. The Santos de Cartier with the skeleton dial is a masterpiece and they had it in stock. The associate let me try on four different models before I made my decision. Never felt rushed for a second.

Great experience purchasing a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 with the green dial. The boutique is well-appointed and the staff is knowledgeable. I do wish their hours were a bit more flexible — closing at 5pm on weekdays makes it tough for working professionals.

E
Edward R.

The team at Turgeon Raine helped me choose the perfect Patek for my retirement gift to myself. The Calatrava 5227G with the hobnail bezel is absolutely stunning. They even wrote a handwritten thank-you note after the purchase. Class act all around.

M
Monica S.

Mixed feelings. The watch I purchased — a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition — is phenomenal. But the sales process felt a bit impersonal compared to other ADs I've worked with. Got the sense they were juggling too many clients that day.

Seattle's hidden gem for luxury watches. Turgeon Raine has been my trusted dealer for five years now. Their Patek collection alone is worth a visit — last month they had the 5172G chronograph and the 6006G both in the display case. Rare to see that concentration anywhere.

R
Rebecca T.

Bought my wife a Cartier Ballon Bleu 33mm here for our 25th anniversary. The associate helped me select the perfect diamond index dial and even arranged for engraving on the caseback. She cried when she opened the box. Thank you, Turgeon Raine.

Really nice boutique with a curated feel. Got my Patek Aquanaut 5168G here and love it. The reason for four stars instead of five is the insurance paperwork took forever to process. The watch itself and the buying experience were otherwise excellent.

H
Heather N.

I was really looking forward to my visit but left underwhelmed. The associate seemed uninterested in showing me anything under $20K. I was looking at a Patek Calatrava entry model and got the distinct impression I wasn't a priority customer. Won't be returning.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Turgeon Raine. They sourced a Patek 4947G annual calendar for ladies that was impossible to find elsewhere. The white gold with the blue sunburst dial is simply divine. Their persistence in tracking this down was remarkable.

Walking into Turgeon Raine is like stepping into a watch lover's paradise. The Patek displays are museum-quality and the staff treats you like family. Picked up my dream Nautilus 5811 here and I'm still pinching myself. A truly world-class operation in the Pacific Northwest.

Very pleasant experience overall. The boutique is beautiful and well-maintained. I purchased a Rolex Lady-Datejust with the olive green dial and couldn't be happier. Staff was helpful and the transaction was seamless. Would have liked a bit more follow-up afterward though.

I've been collecting Patek Philippe for over 20 years and Turgeon Raine consistently delivers. Their understanding of the brand's heritage and their ability to source difficult references is unmatched on the West Coast. Just picked up a 5230G World Time from them — spectacular.

My fiancé bought my engagement gift here — a Cartier Clash Un Le Lu with diamonds. The presentation was gorgeous and they even included a care kit. We'll definitely be coming back for our first anniversary. Seattle is so lucky to have this store.

O
Olivia B.

Good store but the waitlist process feels opaque. I've been on the list for a Rolex Daytona for 18 months with no updates. Every time I call I get a vague answer. I understand demand exceeds supply, but better communication would go a long way.

P
Peter W.

Turgeon Raine exceeded every expectation. I was nervous about buying a Patek online sight-unseen, but they arranged a virtual consultation that was incredibly thorough. The Calatrava 6119R with the guilloche dial is even more beautiful in person. A++ experience.

Janet H.

This is the only place I trust in the Pacific Northwest for high-end watches. The team here genuinely loves what they do. My sales associate spent 45 minutes showing me the intricacies of the Patek 5320G perpetual calendar movement through the display back. Passionate people.

M
Marcus T.

Beautiful store with an excellent selection. I got a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Duoface and it's become my daily wearer. The team here is warm and professional. I just wish they had a slightly wider selection of ladies' complications beyond the Patek Twenty~4.

Linda Q.

Bought a Patek here a year ago and had an issue with the crown after three months. Turgeon Raine sent it to Patek service but charged me for shipping both ways despite it being under warranty. Seemed petty for a watch that cost as much as a car. Watch itself is perfect though.

J
Jeffrey Z.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. The team helped me find the perfect Cartier Tank Louis for my mother's 80th birthday. They even arranged for a special engraving. My mother was moved to tears. This store understands that watches are about moments.

After years of buying from grey market dealers, I finally went authorized and I'm so glad I chose Turgeon Raine. The Patek experience is completely different when you buy from an AD — the unboxing, the documentation, the service. They made me a convert for life.

B
Bruce M.

The watches are spectacular and authentic, but I felt a bit rushed during my appointment. I was considering between two Cartier models and the associate seemed eager to wrap up. In a luxury retail environment, I expect more time and attention. The watch I chose is beautiful though.
