Bought a Cartier Juste un Clou bracelet from TrueFacet. Authentication was solid and the piece is beautiful. The customer service team was responsive and helpful. I appreciate that they're based in New York and understand the luxury market. Minor ding — their website can be slow to load when browsing on mobile. But the product and service are excellent.
Purchased a Cartier Tank Francaise from TrueFacet and the whole experience was wonderful. Their authentication process gave me total peace of mind — they showed me the multi-point inspection report before shipping. Watch arrived in pristine condition with everything documented. As a first-time luxury watch buyer in NYC, I couldn't have asked for better service.
Bought an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M. TrueFacet's authentication process is impressive — they check the movement, case, bracelet, bezel action, and even the lume. Watch was in the condition described. I took it to my local jeweler who confirmed everything checked out. One star off because the listing said 'complete set' but it came with a generic box instead of the Omega wooden box.
TrueFacet is the only online marketplace I trust for luxury watches. Their multi-point inspection is rigorous and transparent. I just got an Omega De Ville Tresor and it's absolutely stunning. The authentication report included timing results across multiple positions. That level of detail is rare. NYC-based team is knowledgeable and professional. Five stars.
I've been buying vintage and pre-owned watches for years and TrueFacet has the best authentication process I've encountered. Just purchased an Omega Speedmaster '57 and their inspection report was more detailed than what I've gotten from auction houses. Pricing is transparent and competitive for the New York market. They've earned a loyal customer.
TrueFacet made buying my first Cartier Santos incredibly easy. Their website has detailed photos and the authentication guarantee took away any anxiety I had about buying pre-owned. The watch arrived beautifully packaged with a complete inspection report. Price was very fair compared to the Cartier boutique. Thrilled with my purchase.
Got a beautiful Rolex Pearlmaster from TrueFacet. Authentication was thorough and professional. The watch is genuine and in the condition described. I appreciate that they're a NYC-based company with proper facilities and trained staff. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I wish they had more inventory — the selection could be bigger. But what they do have is top quality.
I've bought jewelry and watches from a lot of places but TrueFacet is now my go-to. Just got a Cartier Love bracelet and a Rolex Datejust in the same order. Both items were beautifully authenticated with full documentation. Their New York team clearly takes pride in what they do. The multi-point inspection report is really thorough — it covers everything from case condition to movement accuracy.
Got my Rolex GMT Master II 'Pepsi' from TrueFacet. The authentication report was extremely thorough and the watch is 100% genuine. Condition was well-described. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is their return policy — 14 days is a bit tight when you want to get an independent appraisal. But the watch is legit so it didn't matter in my case.
Third purchase from TrueFacet and they keep getting better. This time I picked up an Omega Constellation Globemaster for my father. The multi-point inspection caught a minor issue with the date change mechanism and they fixed it before shipping. That kind of attention to detail is why I keep coming back. Best authentication process in the business.
Bought a Rolex Submariner from TrueFacet. Watch is authentic and in good shape, confirmed by an independent watchmaker. But the buying experience was slower than expected. It took 8 business days from purchase to delivery, which felt long. The authentication process takes time and I understand that, but I wish they'd set better expectations on the timeline. Product quality is solid though.
Just completed my second purchase from TrueFacet — a Rolex President Day-Date. Both experiences have been excellent. Their authentication process is second to none. Every detail is documented including high-res macro photos of the dial, case sides, and clasp. Pricing is fair and the shipping was prompt. This is how luxury marketplace buying should work.
Bought a Rolex Yacht-Master 40 from TrueFacet. Overall a positive experience. The authentication process is clearly their strength — very thorough and transparent. Watch condition matched the listing. Minor deduction because the original hang tag was missing, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. But the watch itself is perfect and authentic.
Outstanding in every way. TrueFacet handled my purchase of a Tiffany & Co. watch beautifully. The authentication process includes verification with Tiffany records and a detailed condition report. The watch was in incredible shape for its age. Living in Manhattan, I love that they're a local NYC business with national reach. Already planning my next purchase.
Bought a Tiffany & Co. CT60 for my wife's anniversary gift. TrueFacet's selection of Tiffany pieces is really impressive. The authentication process was clearly explained and I received a detailed report. Packaging was beautiful — they clearly care about presentation. My wife was over the moon. Will definitely be back for holiday shopping.
Just wrapped up a purchase of a Rolex Daytona and TrueFacet's process was impressive. Their multi-point inspection checks over 20 different aspects of the watch. I received a comprehensive PDF report before the watch even shipped. The NYC-based team clearly includes some serious watch nerds who care about getting it right. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommend.
Purchased a Rolex Lady Datejust with a diamond bezel from TrueFacet. The photos on their site were accurate and the authentication documentation was impeccable. They even included a report on the diamond quality. Living in the city, I appreciate being able to buy from a reputable NYC dealer with such rigorous standards. Couldn't be happier.
Decent experience. Bought a Rolex Milgauss and the watch itself is great. But I had some issues with communication. I emailed twice about the warranty details and didn't hear back for four days. When I called, the rep was helpful and answered my questions. The authentication paperwork was solid. Just wish email communication was faster.
The Omega Seamaster I bought is authentic and nice, but there were some issues with the buying process. I put in an offer through their marketplace and it took four days to hear back. Then after accepting, the authentication process added another week. Total time from offer to delivery was about three weeks. The watch is great but the pace could be faster.
TrueFacet is the real deal. Bought a Rolex Submariner Date and it passed my own independent authentication at the Rolex boutique on Fifth Ave without a single question. Their multi-point inspection is clearly thorough. The watch was exactly as described. Fair pricing for the NYC market. Highly recommend.
Very frustrating experience. I ordered a Rolex GMT Master II and was told it would ship within 3-5 business days. After a week with no updates I called and was told the watch 'didn't pass authentication.' How was it listed for sale if it hadn't been authenticated yet? They offered me a different watch at a higher price. Ended up getting a refund and buying elsewhere. Disappointing.
Disappointing experience. Listed a Cartier on TrueFacet's marketplace to sell and the process was slow and cumbersome. Took over three weeks to get my watch authenticated and listed. Then when it sold, the payout took another two weeks. The buyer apparently had an issue on their end too. Not the smooth marketplace experience I was expecting from a New York-based company.
Purchased a Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger bracelet and a Cartier watch in the same order. TrueFacet handled both beautifully. Their jewelry authentication is just as thorough as their watch inspection. Every stone, every hallmark, every clasp mechanism was documented. Being able to buy both fine jewelry and luxury watches from one trusted source in NYC is really convenient.
TrueFacet exceeded my expectations. I bought a Cartier Panthere medium model and it was in better condition than I expected based on the listing. Their multi-point inspection really does catch everything. The customer service team was helpful when I had questions about the authentication certificate. Being based in New York, they understand the luxury market better than most online dealers.
Mixed experience with TrueFacet. I ordered a Rolex Explorer that was listed as 'excellent condition.' When it arrived the crystal had a tiny scratch that I could see under certain lighting. Their customer service was responsive and offered a return, but it took nearly two weeks to process the refund after I sent it back. The inspection team should have caught that scratch.
Purchased a Cartier Ronde Louis Cartier as a gift for my mother. TrueFacet's process made me feel completely comfortable with buying a high-end pre-owned watch online. The inspection report was thorough and the watch arrived in beautiful condition. Their New York authentication center really knows Cartier. My mother was so touched — she said it was the most beautiful gift she'd ever received.
Got a Rolex Daytona from TrueFacet. Authentication process was comprehensive and the watch was genuine — confirmed by my local AD. The condition was accurately described with maybe slightly less wear than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Took off one star because their marketplace doesn't let you negotiate on price, but I understand why they do it.
I wanted to love this purchase but there were issues. Bought a Rolex Air-King that was described as having 'minimal wear.' When I got it there were noticeable scratches on the lugs and the bracelet was stretched more than I'd expect. TrueFacet's customer service was polite and offered a return, but I decided to keep it since the movement was fine. Their inspection should have noted these issues more clearly.
TrueFacet helped me find the perfect Tiffany & Co. East West watch for my wife. Their marketplace has a great selection that you just can't find at retail anymore. The multi-point inspection report gave me total confidence. Watch was in amazing condition for a pre-owned piece. Shipping was fast and fully insured. A+ experience.
Got an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch from TrueFacet. Watch was in excellent condition and the authentication paperwork was detailed and professional. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery took a day longer than estimated. But the watch itself is perfect and the price was competitive. Would use them again.
TrueFacet has restored my faith in the pre-owned luxury watch market. After a bad experience with another dealer, I was hesitant. But their authentication process is incredibly rigorous — every dial marker, every serial number, every case reference is verified. Bought a Rolex Sea-Dweller and it's perfect. Fair price, fast shipping, impeccable documentation.
Purchased an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean from TrueFacet. As a watch collector I'm pretty particular, and I was impressed with how accurately they described the condition. Their authentication process includes timing tests, water resistance checks, and detailed photography. Watch was running within COSC specs. Great experience overall.
I've bought from TrueFacet four times now — two Omegas, a Cartier, and a Rolex. Every single purchase has been flawless. Their authentication process is the gold standard. They check everything from the movement accuracy to the font spacing on the dial. Pricing is always fair and competitive. I recommend them to anyone looking for authenticated luxury watches.
I was nervous about buying a pre-owned Tiffany & Co. watch online but TrueFacet's authentication process put me at ease. They walked me through every step and the inspection report was incredibly detailed. The watch arrived in its original Tiffany blue box with all documentation. Living in Manhattan, I appreciate having a reputable dealer right here in the city.
Bought a Tiffany & Co. Atlas watch from TrueFacet. Beautiful piece at a great price. The authentication report was detailed and gave me confidence in the purchase. Shipping was fast and well-packaged. Only suggestion would be to include more history about the specific piece if available — when it was originally purchased, service history, etc. But overall very satisfied.
TrueFacet made my dream come true. I've wanted an Omega Constellation like my grandmother used to wear and they had the exact reference. The authentication process was surprisingly detailed — they even verified the original period-correct bracelet. The watch runs beautifully and the condition is remarkable for its age. Thank you TrueFacet for a wonderful experience.
TrueFacet is outstanding. Purchased a Cartier Ballon Bleu and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Their NYC-based team was incredibly knowledgeable about Cartier watches specifically. The authentication report showed the watch had been inspected by a certified horologist. Arrived perfectly packaged. I've already recommended them to three friends.
The watch I bought — a Cartier Calibre de Cartier — is excellent and fully authentic. TrueFacet's authentication is clearly top notch. But I had a billing issue where I was charged twice and it took over a week to get the duplicate charge reversed. Multiple calls and emails. The product is great but their back-end systems need some work.
I've been a TrueFacet customer since 2016 and they've consistently delivered. My latest purchase was an Omega Aqua Terra that was listed in 'like new' condition and it truly was. Their authentication standards have only gotten better over the years. The multi-point inspection now includes high-resolution photography and movement timing across five positions. Impressive operation.
