Picked up a Rolex Datejust from Tourneau's NYC location. The sales associate was super knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Watch was brand new, papers and everything. Solid experience.
Good experience overall buying a Cartier Santos. Staff was friendly and the store is gorgeous. Only reason for 4 stars is they took a while to get back to me about availability. But the watch is perfect.
These guys know their stuff. Went in looking for an Omega Seamaster and walked out with exactly what I wanted. No pressure, just honest advice. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes.
Got my husband a Tudor Black Bay for our anniversary. The staff helped me pick something he'd love and even gift wrapped it beautifully. He was thrilled. Would totally recommend.
Decent selection but prices are definitely on the higher side compared to what you can find online. Bought a Breitling Navitimer here because I wanted to see it in person first. Watch is great, just wish the price was a bit more competitive.
Amazing customer service. I was nervous about buying such an expensive watch but they walked me through everything. Got a beautiful Tag Heuer Carrera. Shipping was fast and well insured.
Bought a pre-owned Rolex Submariner from Tourneau. Watch was in great condition, honestly looked almost new. Certified and everything. Only knock is their trade-in offer for my old watch was a bit low.
First luxury watch purchase and Tourneau made it special. The whole boutique experience was great. Ended up with a Grand Seiko Snowflake and I couldn't be happier. Legit dealer.
Had an issue with a watch I bought here. Took it back for service and it took over 3 months to get it returned. Communication during the repair process was pretty poor. Watch works fine now but the service experience was frustrating.
Stopped by the flagship store while visiting NYC. Incredible selection, they had basically everything. The sales team was professional and not pushy at all. Picked up an IWC Portugieser and they threw in a nice travel case.
Bought a Panerai Luminor online from them. Shipping was secure and insured. Watch was exactly as described. Good dealer, would buy again. Took a couple days to process the order though.
Tourneau has earned my trust. Third purchase from them - this time a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso. Every transaction has been smooth. They really stand behind what they sell.
Went in for a battery change on my Tag and walked out with a new Omega Speedmaster. Classic move lol. But seriously the sales guy was super chill and the Speedy was calling my name. No regrets.
Store is beautiful and they have a ton of watches but I felt a bit rushed during my visit. Maybe it was just busy that day. Ended up buying an Oris but the experience could have been better.
Found a hard-to-get Rolex Explorer II at retail price. Couldn't believe it. The associate remembered me from a previous visit and called me when it came in. That's the kind of service that keeps you coming back.
Ordered a Longines Heritage Classic from their website. Good price, fast shipping, authentic watch. Everything checked out. My only minor complaint is the packaging for shipping could have been a bit more protective.
Tourneau is the real deal. Bought my dream watch - a Patek Philippe Calatrava. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. They even arranged a private viewing room. Can't say enough good things.
Gifted myself a Cartier Tank for my 40th birthday. Tourneau made it feel like a special occasion. Champagne, great service, beautiful watch. 10/10 would do it again.
Solid dealer. Picked up a Tudor Pelagos. Fair price, quick and painless transaction. I'd recommend going in person if you can - their NYC store is something else.
Meh experience. Went to look at Omegas and the salesperson seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than helping me. Left without buying anything. Might try again on a different day but first impression wasn't great.
Traded in my old Submariner for a new GMT Master II. Fair trade-in value, smooth process. They handled all the paperwork and authentication. Super professional outfit.
Bought my first luxury watch here - a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. The team was patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Beautiful store, great experience.
Good online buying experience. Got a Breitling Superocean Heritage. Authentic, well packaged, shipped via FedEx overnight. Communication was decent, not great, but the watch was perfect.
Tourneau's certified pre-owned program is legit. Got a Rolex Daytona that looked brand new for way under retail. Came with their warranty and everything was verified. Totally worth it.
Bought a watch online and had to return it because it wasn't exactly what I expected based on the photos. Return process was straightforward but took almost 2 weeks for the refund. Could be faster.
Incredible selection of high-end watches. My husband and I went looking for an anniversary gift and found a beautiful Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. The staff was wonderful and the whole experience felt premium.
Third purchase from Tourneau and they keep getting better. This time grabbed an Omega Aqua Terra. Blue dial is stunning in person. Shipped quickly with full insurance.
Got a nice discount on a Tag Heuer Monaco during one of their sales events. Watch is gorgeous and authentic. Staff was helpful and the store is well organized. Would shop here again.
Finally pulled the trigger on a Rolex Sky-Dweller. Tourneau had it in stock when nobody else did. Paid via wire, smooth transaction. Watch is perfect. These guys are legit.
Best watch buying experience I've ever had. Patient, knowledgeable staff and an incredible selection. Got a beautiful Omega Constellation for my wife. She loves it.
Solid shop. Bought a Zenith Chronomaster Sport. Fair price and the watch is spectacular. Only gripe is parking near the NYC location is a nightmare but that's not really their fault.
Took forever to get a response about a specific model I was looking for. Ended up buying elsewhere. They might have a good selection but their customer service response time needs work.
Tourneau is a New York institution for a reason. The breadth of their collection is unmatched. Walked out with a stunning Patek Nautilus. Service was top notch from start to finish.
Bought a Rolex Milgauss as a graduation gift for my son. The staff helped me pick something special within my budget. The look on his face was priceless. Thank you Tourneau!
Good experience buying a Bell & Ross BR 03. They had it in stock when the brand's own website didn't. Fair price, quick checkout. Would shop here again for sure.
Purchased a vintage Rolex Datejust from their pre-owned collection. It's from the 80s and in amazing condition. Their watchmakers really know what they're doing. Fully serviced and running perfectly.
The watch I got was fine but the whole buying process felt unnecessarily complicated. Too much paperwork and back and forth. Could be more streamlined. Watch itself is great though.
Bought my engagement gift here - a Cartier Ballon Bleu. The boutique experience was lovely. They even wrote a handwritten thank you note after the purchase. Class act.
Got a Seiko Presage from Tourneau online. Fast shipping, great packaging, watch is perfect. Not my most expensive purchase from them but every transaction has been great. Reliable dealer.
Beautiful store with a fantastic selection. The staff was accommodating and let me try on multiple pieces. Got an Omega De Ville and couldn't be happier. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
