Tiny Jewel Box is a DC institution and for good reason. Walking into this store feels like stepping back in time to when personalized service was the norm. They treated my Patek Philippe purchase like it was the most important transaction of the day. Absolutely first-class.

My family has been shopping at Tiny Jewel Box for three generations. My grandmother bought her Cartier here in the 1960s, my mother got her Patek here, and now I've started my own collection with an Omega Constellation. There's something special about that continuity.

Excellent Patek selection for a boutique this size. They had the Nautilus 5811 and the Aquanaut Travel Time 5164R both available when I visited. The sales team is knowledgeable but the store can get crowded on weekends, so I'd recommend a weekday appointment.

Purchased a Rolex Datejust 31 with the olive palm dial for my daughter's law school graduation. The team at Tiny Jewel Box made the whole experience feel celebratory — champagne, beautiful packaging, and a handwritten note. She'll remember this day forever.

I've had two watches serviced here and both times the turnaround was much longer than quoted. My Patek Calatrava was supposed to take four weeks and it took almost three months. The work quality was fine but the wait and lack of updates were frustrating.

The Cartier selection at Tiny Jewel Box is the best in the DC area. They had the Santos de Cartier in medium with both the steel bracelet and leather strap options. The quick-change system is genius and the staff demonstrated it perfectly. Bought it on the spot.

As a diplomat based in DC, I've bought watches all over the world. Tiny Jewel Box holds its own against the best boutiques in Geneva and London. Their nearly century-long history really shows in how they treat customers. Just picked up a Patek 5226G Calatrava — stunning.

Lovely boutique with a warm, family-owned feel that's increasingly rare. I bought my Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra here and love it. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that their online booking system could use an upgrade. Had to call three times to get an appointment.

Tiny Jewel Box found me a Patek 5712 Nautilus after I'd been waitlisted at two other dealers for over a year. Their Patek partnership is clearly strong and they go to bat for their clients. The whole transaction was handled with discretion and professionalism.

Mixed experience. The watch I bought — a Rolex Submariner 126610LN — is flawless. But the sales associate seemed distracted during my appointment and kept stepping away to help other clients. For the money you spend here, you expect undivided attention. Nice store otherwise.

I drove two hours from Richmond just to visit Tiny Jewel Box and it was absolutely worth it. The family atmosphere is genuine — you can tell this isn't just a business to them, it's a legacy. My Patek Aquanaut 5167A is perfect and the buying experience was unforgettable.

Bought a Cartier Tank Must large here for my wife's birthday. The staff helped me pick the perfect dial color and even arranged same-day sizing so I could surprise her that evening. That's the kind of service you only get from a store that's been around since 1927.

Wonderful experience purchasing a Patek Twenty~4 here. The boutique has an intimate, welcoming feel compared to the larger chain stores. My only suggestion would be extending weekend hours — they close early on Saturdays which is tough for working professionals.

Tiny Jewel Box is the real deal. After being jerked around by other ADs in the DMV area, coming here was a revelation. They were upfront about Patek wait times, fair with my trade-in valuation, and genuinely enthusiastic about watches. My new Submariner is my daily pride and joy.

I was really excited to visit Tiny Jewel Box given their reputation but the experience fell flat. The associate barely acknowledged me when I walked in and seemed more interested in her phone than showing me the Omega collection. Maybe I caught her on a bad day.

The Patek collection here is remarkable for a single-location dealer. They had the Perpetual Calendar 5327G, the Annual Calendar 5205R, and the World Time 5230 all on display. The associate walked me through each movement with genuine enthusiasm. A watch lover's paradise.

My husband surprised me with a Cartier Panthere medium from Tiny Jewel Box and I've been obsessed with it. The two-row gold and steel version is so versatile. The store even followed up with a care guide and polishing cloth. These little touches make a huge difference.

Solid dealer with deep Patek and Rolex inventory. I picked up a Rolex GMT-Master II Batgirl here and the process was straightforward. Pricing at MSRP which is fair for an AD. I'd love to see them expand their Omega Speedmaster selection — it was pretty limited when I visited.

There's a reason Tiny Jewel Box has survived for nearly 100 years in this city. They understand that buying a fine watch is an emotional experience, not just a transaction. My Patek Calatrava 5196 was presented beautifully and the staff made me feel like part of the family.

Good watches, good people, but the store feels a bit cramped when it's busy. I was trying on Patek models and had other customers bumping into me. They really need a larger space or a private viewing room for high-end purchases. The staff did their best given the conditions.

Tiny Jewel Box handled my Patek purchase flawlessly from start to finish. I was debating between the Nautilus and the Aquanaut and the associate helped me understand the lifestyle differences between the two. Went with the Aquanaut 5167R in rose gold and couldn't be happier.

I've bought four watches from Tiny Jewel Box over the past decade and they've earned my trust completely. Their Rolex allocation process is fair and transparent — no games. Just picked up my Daytona and it's everything I hoped it would be. DC's finest jeweler, bar none.

Charming store with excellent taste in their curation. Purchased an Omega Constellation Globemaster annual calendar here and it's become my go-to dress watch. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. I'd like to see more modern Omega sport models in their display though.

The family ownership really sets Tiny Jewel Box apart. You're not dealing with a corporation — you're dealing with people who have their name on the door and their reputation on the line. They sourced a Patek 5172G chronograph that I couldn't find anywhere on the East Coast.

Really disappointed with how they handled my trade-in. Brought in a pristine Rolex Datejust and the offer was well below market value. When I pushed back, the manager was dismissive. I understand margin concerns but the lowball offer felt disrespectful. Took my business elsewhere.

Tiny Jewel Box has the best Patek display between New York and Atlanta, hands down. I counted over 20 pieces including a Split-Seconds Chronograph 5370P. The staff let me examine it under the loupe and explained the rattrapante mechanism in detail. Educated and passionate team.

I came in looking for a Cartier and left with a Patek — that's the power of a great sales team. They didn't upsell me, they simply showed me the Calatrava 5227 and I fell in love. The presentation, the handover, the follow-up — everything was impeccable.

Very good experience buying a Rolex Explorer 36 here. The associate was patient while I compared both sizes and eventually went with the 124270. Clean, no-nonsense transaction. They could improve their digital presence — hard to get a sense of current inventory from their website.

Tiny Jewel Box made buying my first Patek Philippe an event I'll always cherish. They presented the Aquanaut Luce 5072R in rose gold with such care and ceremony. The boutique has this wonderful old-world charm that makes you feel like you're part of something special.

The watches are authentic and the selection is strong, but parking near the store is a nightmare. Spent 30 minutes looking for a spot in Georgetown. Once inside, the service was good and I bought an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M. Just be prepared for the logistics of getting there.

As a long-time DC resident, Tiny Jewel Box is my absolute favorite store in the city. They remember my name, my collection, and my preferences every time. Just picked up a Cartier Santos medium with the two-tone bracelet and they knew it was exactly what I'd been eyeing.

The team at Tiny Jewel Box goes above and beyond. I was traveling through DC on business and had only a two-hour window. They accommodated me on short notice and I walked out with a Patek Annual Calendar 4947G. The level of service for a walk-in client was extraordinary.

Beautiful boutique with a really curated feel. I bought a Rolex Lady-Datejust with the mint green dial and it's gorgeous. The sales associate was lovely but the paperwork process took quite a while. Small price to pay for authenticity and peace of mind, I suppose.

A
Amanda J.

Terrible communication. I put down a deposit for a Patek that was supposedly incoming and waited six months with zero updates. When I finally called, they had no record of my deposit and claimed the watch had been allocated to someone else. Had to dispute the charge. Avoid.

Tiny Jewel Box understands the soul of watch collecting. I came in to browse and the associate spent an hour sharing stories about Patek's history, the evolution of the Nautilus, and why the 5711 became a legend. I didn't even buy anything that day but felt like a valued guest.

Finally got the call from Tiny Jewel Box for my Rolex Submariner Date after 14 months on the waitlist. They were true to their word — no sudden demand for additional purchases or purchase history requirements. Fair, transparent, and the watch is everything I dreamed of.

Had a wonderful time at Tiny Jewel Box. The Cartier selection is excellent and I ended up with the Ballon Bleu de Cartier 40mm in steel. Great value for an iconic design. The only reason it's not five stars is I had to follow up twice to get my warranty card mailed to me.

This is what a luxury watch buying experience should be. Intimate, personal, and completely focused on the client. I purchased a Patek World Time 5231 with the enamel dial and the team presented it with genuine excitement. They love watches as much as their clients do.

J
Jonathan A.

The store itself is charming and the staff is friendly, but I found the Patek pricing to be inflexible. I understand it's MSRP for new pieces but there was no willingness to include any extras — no strap, no accessory, nothing. Other ADs I've worked with have been more generous.

R
Rachel E.

Tiny Jewel Box has been my trusted dealer for over 15 years. They've sourced everything from a Rolex Daytona to a Patek Grand Complications for me. Their nearly 100-year legacy in DC isn't an accident — it's built on relationships, trust, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

My Omega De Ville Trésor from Tiny Jewel Box is my most prized possession. The boutique staff took the time to explain the Co-Axial movement and why it matters for long-term accuracy. Even followed up a month later to check on the timekeeping. Outstanding service.

H

Very solid AD experience. Purchased a Patek Calatrava 5196 and it's a dress watch masterpiece. The store has character and charm. My one critique is the selection of strap options they had in stock was limited — I wanted a different color alligator strap and they had to order it.

I can't say enough about the personal touch at Tiny Jewel Box. When my husband and I came in for our anniversary, they had champagne ready and a private table set up with Patek and Cartier pieces to try on. We bought matching watches and it was the most romantic shopping experience.

S
Sandra D.

Purchased an Omega Seamaster here and within a week the date function was malfunctioning. Took it back and they sent it to Omega service, which took over two months. No loaner watch offered, no apology, just a 'that's the process' attitude. Expected better from a store with this pedigree.

Tiny Jewel Box made my 30th birthday unforgettable. I'd been dreaming of a Cartier Santos and the team made it happen. The medium size with the steel bracelet and white dial is timeless. They even threw in a Cartier travel pouch as a birthday gift. Such a thoughtful touch.

If you're serious about Patek Philippe and you're anywhere near DC, Tiny Jewel Box is a must-visit. Their inventory depth is impressive and the staff can talk movements, history, and provenance all day long. Just acquired the 5396G annual calendar — it's a stunner on the wrist.

Really enjoy shopping at Tiny Jewel Box. The family atmosphere is genuine and the staff is passionate about watches. I bought a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 here. Four stars because I wish they had a slightly larger selection of entry-level pieces for first-time luxury buyers.

Nearly a century in business and Tiny Jewel Box still operates with the same care and integrity as a family-run store should. The Patek Nautilus 5811 I purchased is magnificent, and the buying experience matched the quality of the watch. DC's crown jewel of fine watch retail.

R
Raymond S.

The boutique is lovely and the selection is good, but I felt a clear distinction in how they treated clients based on spending history. As a first-time visitor looking at a modest Cartier, I didn't get the same level of attention as the gentleman next to me looking at Patek. Disappointing.

Tiny Jewel Box is a treasure in the nation's capital. I've bought three Rolexes and two Pateks from them over the years and every transaction has been flawless. Their service department is also excellent — had my vintage Submariner restored here and it came back looking brand new.

Walking into Tiny Jewel Box feels different from any other watch store I've visited. There's a sense of history and tradition that you just can't replicate. Picked up my Patek Aquanaut 5168G and the staff celebrated with me like I was family. This is what luxury should feel like.

Great experience with the Omega selection here. They had the Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional and the Seamaster Planet Ocean both in stock. Went with the Moonwatch and love it. Clean transaction, fair pricing. Would love to see more limited edition Omegas in their inventory.

My fiancé and I came in to look at engagement watches for each other and the team at Tiny Jewel Box made it such a fun experience. He got a Rolex Datejust and I got a Cartier Ballon Bleu. They even arranged for our wedding date to be engraved on the casebacks. Pure magic.

M
Michelle K.

I purchased a Patek here three years ago and the buying experience was great. However, when I inquired about trading it toward a more expensive model recently, the offer was insulting — barely 50% of retail for a watch that's barely been worn. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

J
Jeffrey P.

Tiny Jewel Box is proof that family-owned businesses can outperform corporate luxury chains. The personal touch, the deep Patek knowledge, the genuine care — it's all here. My Calatrava 6119G with the hobnail bezel is a daily reminder of this wonderful store. Highest recommendation.

From the moment I walked through the door, I understood why Tiny Jewel Box has been a DC landmark since 1927. The elegance, the expertise, the warmth — it's all there. They sourced a Patek Perpetual Calendar 5327J for me and handled the entire process with grace. Simply superb.

Really nice store with great energy. I bought a Cartier Maillon de Cartier here and it's such a unique piece. The associate was very patient as I tried on multiple options. I'm giving four stars because I had to follow up on my insurance paperwork multiple times after the purchase.

Samantha G.

Good store with authentic pieces but I found the overall experience a bit dated. The displays and the ambiance could use a refresh. The watch itself — a Rolex Air-King — is perfect and the pricing was fair. Just expected a bit more wow factor from a nearly century-old institution.
