European Watch Company is the real deal. I flew up from DC to visit their Boston showroom and walked out with a stunning Patek Philippe Calatrava. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. This is how high-end watch buying should be.
Purchased a Vacheron Constantin Patrimony from EWC as a gift for my husband's retirement. Their team was so helpful in guiding me to the right choice. The watch arrived in flawless condition with all documentation. Truly a first-class operation.
Bought an A. Lange & Sohne Lange 1 from European Watch Co. The watch is magnificent and was accurately described. Only reason for 4 stars is the shipping took a bit longer than expected — about a week. Otherwise, excellent dealer.
As a serious collector, I appreciate dealers who truly understand haute horlogerie. EWC gets it. Their selection of Patek and Lange pieces is outstanding. My recent acquisition of a Lange Datograph was smooth and professional.
Found a beautiful Vacheron Constantin Overseas at EWC that I couldn't find anywhere else. Their Boston location is worth a visit if you're a watch enthusiast. The staff treats you like family and really knows their inventory.
The Patek I bought is authentic and lovely, but I had trouble getting timely responses to my emails during the initial inquiry phase. Once we got talking though, the process was smooth. Maybe just a busy period for them.
European Watch Company has been my go-to for high-end pieces for over five years. Every transaction has been impeccable. My latest purchase — an A. Lange & Sohne Saxonia — was no exception. Fair pricing and outstanding service.
I was nervous about buying a Vacheron Constantin online, but EWC made the entire process comfortable. They sent detailed photos, answered all my questions, and the watch arrived exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.
Excellent selection of Patek Philippe pieces. Bought a Nautilus 5711 and it's everything I hoped for. The only downside is their prices lean towards premium, but you get what you pay for in terms of service and authenticity.
Had an issue with a Lange 1 I purchased where the date mechanism wasn't changing over properly at midnight. To their credit, EWC took it back and handled the repair at no cost, but it took over six weeks. The watch works perfectly now.
What a gem of a store. I visited their Boston location while on vacation and was blown away by their collection. The team spent over an hour with me showing various Vacheron pieces. Ended up with a Traditionnelle and couldn't be happier.
Bought a Patek Philippe Annual Calendar from EWC. This is my third purchase from them and they continue to exceed expectations. Their knowledge of complicated watches is second to none. A true professional operation.
I purchased an A. Lange & Sohne 1815 Chronograph and it's a stunning timepiece. The buying experience was good, though I would have appreciated more proactive communication about the shipping timeline. Watch is perfect though.
European Watch Company is hands down the best dealer I've worked with for ultra-luxury watches. Their Patek and Lange selection is incredible and their pricing is transparent. Bought a Lange Zeitwerk and it's been flawless.
My husband and I visited EWC while in Boston and were treated like royalty. We ended up purchasing a Vacheron Constantin Harmony for our anniversary. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The watch itself is great — a Patek Philippe World Timer — but the process of getting detailed condition information before purchasing was more difficult than it should have been. Had to make multiple requests for additional photos.
EWC helped me find the perfect A. Lange & Sohne for my husband's 60th birthday. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right piece. The watch is absolutely breathtaking.
I've been collecting high-end watches for 30 years and European Watch Company ranks among the very best dealers I've encountered. Their integrity and expertise are remarkable. My latest Patek Aquanaut purchase was seamless.
Good experience buying a Vacheron Constantin Les Historiques. The watch was accurately represented and shipping was well-protected. I'd suggest they invest in a more modern website though — it feels a bit dated for such a prestigious dealer.
Finally acquired my grail — a Patek Philippe perpetual calendar — through European Watch Co. They sourced it for me and the price was fair. The entire transaction was handled with the discretion and professionalism you'd expect at this level.
From their beautiful Boston showroom to the careful packaging of my new Lange & Sohne, every detail was perfect. I can't say enough good things about EWC. They truly understand the luxury watch market.
Second purchase from EWC — a Vacheron Constantin FiftySix this time. Both experiences have been positive. My only critique is that their online inventory doesn't always reflect what's actually available, so it's worth calling.
EWC helped me find a rare Lange 1 Tourbillon that I'd been searching for over a year. They were able to source it and the price was reasonable for such a rare piece. I'm incredibly grateful for their network and persistence.
Bought a Patek Calatrava that was described as mint but had some polishing marks visible under a loupe. Still a beautiful watch and the price reflected the condition, but the description could have been more precise.
The team at European Watch Company goes above and beyond. They Facetimed me to show a Vacheron Constantin in detail since I couldn't visit in person. That level of service earned them a customer for life. Watch arrived in perfect condition.
Exceptional dealer with a deep understanding of horology. My A. Lange & Sohne Datograph Up/Down is everything I dreamed of. EWC's reputation in the collector community is well-deserved. Highest recommendation.
Purchased a Patek Philippe Gondolo for my mother's 80th birthday. EWC's team was incredibly thoughtful in helping me choose something elegant and age-appropriate. My mother was moved to tears. Thank you, EWC.
Bought a Vacheron Constantin Métiers d'Art from EWC. The watch is a masterpiece and was fairly priced. Communication was good overall. I'd rate 5 stars but there was a slight delay in shipping due to what they said was an insurance paperwork issue.
European Watch Company treats every client like they're buying a million dollar watch, regardless of the purchase. I bought a more modest Lange Saxonia and received the same white-glove service as someone buying a grand complication.
I had a less than ideal experience with a Patek purchase. The watch was authentic and in good condition, but the paperwork was incomplete — missing the original certificate of origin. They did discount the price but I wish this had been disclosed upfront.
Been doing business with EWC for years. Their integrity is unmatched in the industry. Recently acquired a Lange & Sohne Richard Lange and the transaction was flawless. They've earned my trust many times over.
My experience buying a Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle from EWC was nothing short of wonderful. They're true watch lovers who happen to be dealers. The passion they have for fine timepieces is evident in every interaction.
Good dealer for serious collectors. Picked up a Patek Complications and it's been keeping excellent time. EWC's team is well-versed in the technical aspects of high horology. Pricing is premium but fair for the level of service.
I bought my husband a Lange 1 for our 25th anniversary and EWC made the entire experience special. They even included a handwritten note and offered complimentary engraving. The watch is magnificent and so was the service.
Decent experience overall. The Patek I purchased is genuine and in the condition described. However, I found their return policy to be stricter than other high-end dealers. Make sure you're certain before committing to a purchase.
European Watch Company is a Boston treasure. Their collection of Patek, Vacheron, and Lange pieces is truly world-class. I've purchased two watches from them and both experiences were exceptional. Highly recommend.
After years of buying from various dealers, EWC stands out for their deep knowledge and straight dealing. My latest Lange & Sohne purchase was handled with the care and attention that these watches deserve.
Bought a Vacheron Constantin Quai de l'Île and I'm very pleased. The watch is stunning and authentic. EWC was professional throughout. My only suggestion would be to offer virtual appointments more readily for out-of-town buyers.
EWC helped me complete my collection with a Patek Philippe Celestial. They understood exactly what I was looking for and contacted me the moment they acquired one. That's the kind of relationship you want with a watch dealer.
From their pristine Boston showroom to their impeccable after-sales service, EWC is the gold standard for luxury watch dealing. My Vacheron Constantin Heures Creatives is my most treasured possession, and EWC made acquiring it a joy.
Twenty years in this hobby and European Watch Company remains my most trusted source for Patek and Lange. They recently helped me acquire a Lange Tourbograph and handled every detail with professionalism. Simply the best.
