Purchased a Rolex Submariner from the Greenwich location and the experience was absolutely top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and never pushy, which I really appreciated. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was perfect. I've bought several watches over the years but this was by far the best experience.
My husband and I stopped into the Aspen store while on vacation and ended up buying a beautiful Cartier Tank. The sales associate was so patient and let us try on multiple pieces without any pressure. Being a fifth-generation family business really shows in how they treat their customers. We will definitely be back.
Great selection of Patek Philippe watches at the Greenwich store. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the wait time for an appointment was a bit longer than I expected. Once I got in though, the service was excellent and I ended up with a gorgeous Nautilus. Highly recommend this dealer.
Betteridge is the real deal. I bought my first Omega Speedmaster here and the team made the whole process feel special. They clearly take pride in being an official Rolex jeweler and it extends to how they handle every brand. The Greenwich shop has a beautiful atmosphere that makes you want to stay and browse.
I've been a customer of Betteridge for over a decade and they never disappoint. Last month I picked up a Rolex Datejust from their Vail location and the experience was as wonderful as always. The family heritage of this business really comes through in the personal attention they give each client.
The watches are beautiful but I found the pricing on some pre-owned pieces to be a bit on the high side. The staff was friendly enough but I didn't end up making a purchase during my visit to Greenwich. I might check back again in the future to see if they have better inventory.
My fiancé and I went to Betteridge in Greenwich to look at engagement rings and ended up also getting a Cartier watch for myself. The staff was incredibly helpful and the selection was outstanding. You can tell this is a family business that genuinely cares about their reputation. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
Had a very good experience purchasing a Patek Philippe Calatrava from the Aspen location. The salesperson was well-versed in the history of the brand and helped me understand the nuances of the different models. Only minor complaint is parking can be tricky in that area during ski season. Otherwise, a flawless visit.
I cannot say enough good things about Betteridge. As an official Rolex jeweler they have access to pieces that other dealers simply don't. I special-ordered a Lady Datejust and it arrived sooner than expected. The team in Greenwich kept me updated throughout the entire process. Truly a first-class operation.
I visited the Greenwich store looking for a specific Omega model and was told they could order it. After waiting three weeks with no update I had to follow up myself. They eventually got it but the communication could have been much better. The watch itself was perfect though, I just wish the service had matched the product.
Walking into the Betteridge store in Vail feels like stepping back in time in the best way possible. The old-world charm combined with an incredible selection of luxury watches is really something special. I purchased a Cartier Santos and couldn't be happier. The fifth-generation family legacy is evident in every detail.
Finally got my hands on a Rolex GMT-Master II through Betteridge and it was worth the wait. They are one of the few official Rolex jewelers in the area and their allocation process is fair and transparent. The staff in Greenwich treated me like family, not just another customer. This is how luxury retail should be done.
Beautiful store in Aspen with a great selection of fine jewelry and watches. I picked up an Omega Constellation for my mother's birthday and she absolutely loved it. The sales associate wrapped it beautifully and even included a handwritten note. Would have given five stars but I felt slightly rushed at the end of the transaction.
Betteridge has earned a customer for life. I've purchased three watches from them now — two Rolexes and a Patek — and every transaction has been outstanding. Their Greenwich location is stunning and the staff goes above and beyond. You really feel the weight of 125-plus years of family history when you walk through the door.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Greenwich location. I made an appointment to view a specific Rolex model and when I arrived they told me it had been sold the day before. Nobody bothered to call me ahead of time to save me the trip. I understand inventory moves but a simple phone call would have been courteous.
The Aspen Betteridge is my happy place. Every time we visit for skiing I make sure to stop in and browse their incredible watch collection. Last trip I finally treated myself to a Cartier Ballon Bleu and it was such a memorable experience. The staff remembers returning customers and makes you feel so welcome.
Solid dealer with a good reputation that is well deserved. Bought an Omega Seamaster from the Vail shop and the transaction was smooth. The watch was authenticated and came with all the proper paperwork. My only gripe is that their online inventory doesn't always reflect what's actually in stock at each location.
I inherited my grandmother's Cartier watch and brought it to Betteridge in Greenwich for service. They handled it with the utmost care and restored it beautifully. The fact that they've been around since 1897 gave me confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing. It looks brand new and runs perfectly now.
I stopped by the Greenwich location to browse Patek Philippe watches and the selection was decent but not as extensive as I've seen at other authorized dealers. The staff was polite and professional but I didn't feel the same level of enthusiasm as at competing jewelers. Nice store overall, just not the right fit for me.
My husband surprised me with a Rolex from Betteridge for our anniversary and the whole story of how he worked with their team to find the perfect piece was wonderful. They helped him navigate the options and even coordinated a beautiful presentation. Being a fifth-generation family jeweler means they understand the sentimental value of these purchases.
Purchased a Patek Philippe Aquanaut from the Aspen store during a summer trip and it was the highlight of our vacation. The associate spent over an hour with me discussing the movement and heritage of the watch. Betteridge truly understands the luxury watch buyer. I'm already planning my next purchase.
Great experience buying an Omega De Ville from Betteridge in Greenwich. The store has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and the team was very knowledgeable about the brand's history. Pricing was competitive with other authorized dealers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end timepiece in the Connecticut area.
I tried to trade in my Rolex toward a new purchase and the offer they gave me was significantly below market value. I understand dealers need to make a margin but this felt unreasonable. I ended up selling it privately and then coming back to buy the new watch. The purchase experience itself was fine but the trade-in process left a bad taste.
The Vail Betteridge is absolutely charming. We walked in just to look around and left with a gorgeous Cartier watch that I had not planned on buying. That is the magic of this place — the staff is so passionate about watches that you can't help but get caught up in it. A memorable experience in a beautiful mountain town.
As a watch collector I've dealt with many dealers across the country and Betteridge stands out for their integrity and professionalism. I purchased a rare Rolex Daytona through their Greenwich location and the entire process was seamless. It is easy to see why they have been trusted as an official Rolex jeweler for so many years.
Visited the Greenwich store for the first time and was impressed by the gorgeous display cases and curated selection. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Patek Philippe and the team made it feel like a special occasion. The only downside was the espresso machine was broken that day which sounds silly but it's part of the luxury experience.
I have been buying watches from Betteridge for years and their consistency is remarkable. Whether you visit Greenwich, Aspen, or Vail, you get the same exceptional level of service. Last purchase was an Omega Planet Ocean and the team celebrated the moment with me. That personal touch is what sets a fifth-generation family jeweler apart.
The selection of Cartier watches at the Aspen location was nice but I felt the salesperson was a bit dismissive when I mentioned my budget was under ten thousand dollars. I understand they cater to a high-end clientele but I still ended up spending a significant amount. The watch I bought is lovely but the interaction could have been warmer.
Betteridge in Greenwich is my go-to for luxury watches. I recently picked up a Rolex Sky-Dweller and the team made the entire experience memorable. They even remembered my preferences from a visit two years prior. That kind of personal relationship is rare these days and it speaks to the family values this business was built on.
I bought my husband a Patek Philippe from Betteridge as a retirement gift and the staff in Greenwich was extremely helpful in selecting the right model. They offered champagne and made the occasion feel truly special. I deducted one star because the sizing took longer than promised. Otherwise a wonderful experience with a storied jeweler.
If you want to buy a Rolex from a trusted source, Betteridge is the place to go. Their Greenwich location has an incredible selection and as an official Rolex jeweler you know everything is authentic. The team walked me through every detail of my new Submariner and even set it to the exact second. Five stars without hesitation.
I visited the Vail store during a ski trip and while the store is beautiful, I felt overlooked by the staff. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me and when they did it felt rushed. I was seriously interested in purchasing an Omega but decided to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully this was just a busy day for them.
The team at Betteridge Aspen went above and beyond to source a specific Cartier Santos that I had been searching for. They called several contacts and had it shipped to the store within a week. The level of dedication they showed for a single sale was remarkable. This is what you get with a fifth-generation family business that truly cares.
I have purchased jewelry and watches from Betteridge for over twenty years and they have never let me down. From Rolexes to Cartier to Patek Philippe, they carry only the finest brands. The Greenwich store is a destination in itself. Knowing this company has been run by the same family since 1897 gives me total confidence in every purchase.
Good experience buying an Omega Aqua Terra from the Greenwich location. The watch was in stock, the price was fair, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the Co-Axial movement. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me to something more expensive. I'd recommend Betteridge to anyone in the market for a quality timepiece.
I brought my Cartier watch in for a battery replacement at the Greenwich store and it took much longer than the estimated time. They quoted me one week and it ended up being nearly three. The staff was apologetic about the delay and the work was done correctly. Still, I expected better turnaround from a dealer of this caliber.
Buying a Patek Philippe from Betteridge was one of the most enjoyable retail experiences I have ever had. The Greenwich team treated me like an old friend and shared the history of both the brand and their own family business. The presentation of the watch was exquisite. I left feeling like I had joined an exclusive club.
We visit Aspen every winter and a trip to Betteridge is always on the itinerary. This year I finally treated myself to a Rolex and it was worth every penny. The store itself is gorgeous and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. There is a reason this fifth-generation jeweler has been around since the nineteenth century.
Purchased a beautiful Omega Seamaster Diver from the Vail location. The associate was friendly and well-informed about the brand's heritage. The store has a warm, inviting feel that makes the shopping experience pleasant. I compared prices with several other dealers and Betteridge was competitive. Would happily shop here again.
I had a terrible experience trying to return a watch that was a gift. The person who bought it for me had purchased it at the Greenwich store but the return policy was extremely rigid and the staff was not sympathetic at all. For a store that prides itself on customer service and family values, I expected much more flexibility and understanding.
Betteridge is simply the best place to buy a luxury watch in Connecticut. I have purchased both a Rolex and a Cartier from their Greenwich location and both experiences were flawless. The staff remembers your name, your preferences, and follows up after the sale. This is what buying a fine watch should feel like — personal, memorable, and special.
